I have a room available for May 1st – September 2005.
This cute house is located downtown and steps away from all the shops and pubs. It is fully renovated and very spacious and comfortable. It is also fully furnished. Your room has a double size bed (if you want). It is similar inside to a mountain lodge type style.
The rent for the summer months is $500 a month. The room is only available for the months May to September. (my lease is up at the end of September and I am not sure if I will be able to re-sign)
Included are all utilities, cable, internet/computer access and room for parking. Nice back patio for some bbq action!
I am looking for an outdoor minded and preferably working individual between the ages 23-35. Non-smoker and no pets. I’ll need some references.
