Room for Rent for February 15th

Hi,

We got a main floor room for rent for a mature responsible couple or single. Cost $450 couple or $350 single. Utlilities, which would be around $30. House has Hot Tub, Sauna, Internet, and must like animals. NO smokers, No late night partiers (we work very early in the morning). Its a laid back fun atmosphere.
The room will open up February 15th.
