Room for rent in a 3 bedroom condo which is located between f.a.r. and town. It has been on a bus route for the past few yeras and assume it to be again this year.If not it is a prime hitchin spot as anyone traveling to the hill from fernie or back must drive past the condo.Next to the Stanford inn if you have been to Fernie
The owners live in the condo but we work out of town 20 or so days a month so we regrettably only make it there on weekends and holidays. The third bedroom is kept as a spare. Basically the the place would be yours most of the time.There is no smoking, no parties(drinks are fine but not a party house.) The condo is fully furnished and includes cable and wireless internet. We do not have a land line as we are not there enough and use our cell phones, if you want one feel free to get one.
We have 2 very well trained dogs.Male chocolate lab, and a female bulldog(excellent temperment and friendly). We would consider another one as long as it is well trained (no barking or aggressiveness, house trained obviously)
Preference is to a mature couple (we are mid 20’s married and tradespeople) rent is $750 a month all included. If none will consider 2 singles as one spare room is a queen, the other has bunks.
If you and your buddy are 18 and single please dont waste both of our time, as i know what i did when i was 18 and living in a ski town. Not interested in that lifestyle or headaches…

my name is kirra my boy friend and i have recently arrived in Canada from Australia and have been living in nanaimo visiting his family. we are moving to fernie today for the ski season and are still looking for some where to live.. we both work in the hospitality industry my boy friend johnny being a fully qualified chef and myself a bar tender/server..
johnny is 25 and i am 20. we are just really looking for a place we can chill out in and have our own space and meet a bunch of canadians. so i can try to learn how to ski / snow board..
