We have one room available in the ‘Green Machine’, 1161 2nd Avenue. Great location in Downtown Fernie. The room has two single beds and cupboard space and is located on the ground floor with a bathroom (shared with one other).

The house comes fully furnished and has a phone, internet connection and cable. The room is $430 per month excluding utilities ($430 includes part payment of Aprils rent). There are currently 4 people living in the place. Aussies, a Kiwi and a Canadian.

You’d have to include free phone, cable, electricity, gas and pot for me to live there.

Nothing against the present company, but with four people already taking vest there, the question is:
Do you want to be able to poop out gold?

I’t’s like dishonesty in the government. We’ve all just become numb to the apparent.

Shop around all you newcomers, and don’t be afraid to haggle.
