My fiance and I are looking for a nice, friendly roommate to share our house with. We live in a large 2 story house with a finished basement.
The basement and main floor are available for $600/month. We would need 1 month’s rent down for damage deposit, which you would get back at the end of your stay.
The basement is furnished, and has a large living space, kitchen, laundry, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is located on the main floor, along with a living room.
Your electricity, water, heat, digital cable, and local phone calls are included.
