A group of 4 (2male & 2 female) are looking for someone to rent a room for the winter 15min walk from Fernie downtown. The bedroom will be $560 a month and we estimate about $60 for utilities (heat/hydro/wireless) every month. We move in on the 16th November and lease finishes on the 30th April. You will need to pay first and last month’s rent upfront (but then you dont have to pay again in April) and $250 for bond which you will get back at the end on the lease as long as you don’t damage the property!!!
So you’ll have a room to yourself, we have a nice big kitchen and dining, lounge room, small balcony with BBQ and table setting. All the bedrooms are upstairs with a shower/toilet and then the lounge/kitchen has a toilet on that level and the basement has been converting into another bedroom.
