      Large 1 bedroom apartment for rent. 10 minute walk to downtown, private entrance, full kitchen, gas fireplace, renovated, shared laundry. No smoking and no pets. Quiet tennants only please. $650 for single, $850 for couple. Utilities included.

      Will also consider vacation rental.
