New carpets, TV/video, fully equipped kitchen, shower+bath, tastefully decorated and furnished, plenty of storage (including communal storage room), linens supplied. New balcony, allocated parking spot, entry phone system, communal laundry, gym, sauna. Rental includes all utilities except for internet/TV.

      Rent per month-Summer $750, Winter $900, Long term $800.

      Do you know of any other condos for immediate rental at Castle Mountain? Or anywhere in Fernie for that matter…

      Sorry but I don’t know of any other one bedroom condos for rent. There are loads of ads on this site and ourfernie.com for a variety of types of accomodation around town. Good luck with your search!

      Hi I was wondering if your condo is still available; and if so are you able to negotiate on the rent at all through the winter season?

      Hi,

      My partner and i are currently in Radium BC and are looking at doing another winter season in Fernie.. We are really interested in the condo, is it still available for the 1st of dec.. Is it a fully furnished condo.. We would definatly be keen to rent for the whole winter. Thanks
