      We have a 4 bedroom lined up right now, but aren’t having much luck getting the rooms filled. So we could be interested in this one, but won’t be moving in until november…what are your thoughts on that?

      $1500 is the winter rate and usually runs November to end of April. If anyone wants to take it immediately, we can negotiate a lower rate for the rest of September and October.
