      One bedroom bedroom basement suite in a great house near the aquatic centre available September 1st. Suite has a private entrance and is nicely furnished. Rent is $700, inclusive of hydro and internet, for a one year lease. A shorter term at a different rental rate is negotiable. No smoking, no pets.
