The rooms have a double bed in one and a twin in the other – perfect for two friends or a couple plus a friend. The house has hardwood floors, lots of natural light and comes with washer/dryer. For the main floor only, the rent is $1200/month, not including utilities. We will be happy to put the utilities under our name if you prefer, for a flat monthly fee.
This house is also available as a 4 bedroom, as there are two more bedrooms and another common area in the basement. For the use of these rooms as well, fully furnished, only add another $400/month.
