Rental wanted aug/sept for long term

Might be a little early to be looking, but I’m looking for a new place for September on as my lease is up in August.

I’d perfer a house, but am willing to consider anything thats 2+ bedrooms and pet friendly. Furnished or unfurnished, doesn’t matter to me.
