Property Prices in Fernie – what thoughts ?

      What is happening with property prices in downtown/Annex this year and what do you think they will do in 2006 ? :?

      I understand that Provincial appraisals went up quite distinctly throughout the area.

      Yes, Pretty much everyones assement went way up, however, Mayor McNair has said that property taxes should be capped from going up more than 3%

      Didn’t you ask the same question last year? Buy already! It’s not going to get any cheaper.

      Bought as per everyone`s advice and very happy.

      Not being in Fernie now just wanted to get everyone`S latest thoughts.
