What is happening with property prices in downtown/Annex this year and what do you think they will do in 2006 ?

I understand that Provincial appraisals went up quite distinctly throughout the area.

Yes, Pretty much everyones assement went way up, however, Mayor McNair has said that property taxes should be capped from going up more than 3%
