Problems with PM and outbox

      I am trying to send the administrator PM but they are not going and getting stuck in my outbox. Can you let me know what is happening and what I am doing wrong.

      They appear in your outbox but they are actually sent, as far as i know (as I am getting replies from people even though they are in the outbox). It is very confusing though.

      I have received both of your PM’S.

      The program is confusing however does function.
