Organise accomodation now or wait till I get to Fernie?

      Hey
      I’m coming to Fernie with two mates for three months. We will be arriving in Fernie on 24th Nov. I’ve been trying to organise a place to live from New Zealand (we are Kiwis) but its a mission and no luck yet! Can anyone tell me if I should try to tie something down before we get to Fernie or would it be easier to hook something up once we get there???
      Any advice would be welcomed!
