      I have a 1 bedroom for rent in Sparwood about 20 minutes east of Fernie. Unfurnished I am asking $475.00 a month including heat,water,power.

      Also have a furnished 2 bedroom in Sparwood available for October 1st. Brand new queen bed and all other furnishings clean and decent. $600.00 a month including heat,water,power.
