      hi there, we have a beautiful one bedroom furnished suite available in a great downtown location. It is bright, spacious, and has lots of storage. 9ft ceilings, private patio, big bedroom, full kitchen and pantry. Radiant in-floor heating. Off street parking available. Shared laundry facilities.
      Looking for responsible non-smokers. Sorry, no pets. Single or couple occupancy only. Rent is $900 + utilities for a single, $1100 for a couple + utilities (gas/hydro).
