      We have a one bedroom, fully furnished basement suite available from Nov 1 (possibly earlier). Separate entrance and self-contained. Ideal for a single person or couple wanting their own space. Located downtown, close to all amenities. Shared laundry, ample storage. No smoking, no pets, no parties. $600 + gas/hydro for a single, $800 + gas/hydro for a couple.
