Located downtown, close to all amenities. Shared laundry, ample storage. Looking for responsible non-smokers. Sorry, no pets. $500 + gas/hydro for a single, $700 + gas/hydro for a couple.       Hello,

      I am interested in your basement suite, when you say fully furnished how much furniture is there? I will be moving from a condo in Vancouver and have furniture of my own I am hoping that I will be able to bring with me. Do you have any photos of the place that you are willing to show me?
