Older couple looking to rent house

My wife and I are both in our forties, and have owned houses since 1991. We are now renting awaiting the housing downturn that is coming soon ( sorry realtors or people looking to sell, sometimes truth hurts.)Anyway we are moving to Fernie in April and need a house to rent at least 2000′ ft with a double garage. We have no problem signing a long term lease, we have no pets or children. Sorry but we are not interested in Duplexes or large condos, just need a house.

Hello… Older ???– forties ??!!… still youngsters!!

Our home is for rent…. 69 Ridgemont. Lane… car port… but room for a few vehicles..
About 1800 sqft, two floors, 2 Bdrm , bath up and 2 Bed/ Bath down.. clean, backs on to bush trails and as "everyone" in fernie has views… althought the view from the big deck is we feel quite special..
Quiet area.
Cosy place to live..
We are living away in Australia… or abit

rent $ 1600/monthly for full year… plus util, partilally furnished at present–
