      Sounds good. Can you tell me how far the walk would be to COTR? I’m a student there next year.

      about 15 minutes, if you get a bike it will be 5. whatcha studying? Michelle

      I’m actually posting for my son cause he’s away tripping for a camp on Ontario. He’s in the MAST program. Are you only looking for female roomies? I take it the kitchen in shared too? How big is the bedroom – he’s going to have a lot of stuff.

      We take men and women for roomies. The loft is about 300 sq feet , has its own closet, and is private, its over the kitchen. the rent is $400 there is wireless and all utilities are included, everything else is shared. There is also a private room with its own bathroom and private entrance, the rent there is $500. I hope this helps, will he be driving? the college is about a 15 min walk, but during the winter its better to have a car, but im sure there are carpools then with other students.
