Need a House for Rent as of May

My wife and I are moving to Fernie in May.We need a house at least 2000 sq feet and a garage hopefully double. We have owned houses since 1991 and have been renting for the last 2 years. We have all our own furniture so we require an unfurnished house. A garden would be a bonus. We have no children or pets so we do not need to be in an area near schools. We have no problem signing a 1 year lease if needed and we have numerous personal references also. We dont have a problem if an owner requires a credit check.

hello, we have a 1800 sq ft house in ridgemont for rent. it has 4 bedrooms , single detached garage, with a garden. it is at the top of ridgemont and backs onto the greenbelt with biking and walking trails right out the back yard. it has excellent views a deck off the back master bedroom and a full bath upstairs , 1/2 bath down . looking for long term rental of a year or more. great views , great location , quiet street close to all amenities .
