Looking for rental house

My wife and I are looking for a long term house lease in Fernie. We are currently living in Elkford in company housing, but the town doesn’t have much to offer, thus the Fernie move. We are looking to get something by April if possible. We have a german shepherd, so you have to be alright with a dog in the house. He is well behaved and house trained. We would prefer something with at least 2 bedrooms, unfurnished, a fenced yard, and some sort of place for storage (bikes, camping gear, etc.).
