Looking for house mate

…and it is this time of the year again.

I’ve got 2 rooms for rent. One is available from the beginning of September on, the other one from mid September on. The house is fully furnished, so are the rooms.
I do have a dog and a cat, so no more pets, and there is no smoking in the house.
I am looking for professional, mature and tidy house mates. The rooms are big enough for couples to stay in.
I am looking for seasonal renters or long term.
