      Hi Fernie,

      I’m looking for a place to rent, either a room or apartment/house for a minimum of 6 months from November through to April.

      I’ll be employed full time in the town and can provide excellent references. I’m 29, well past my party days, non-smoker and no pets. I’m looking for a relaxed place to call home for the winter. very clean and respectful. Happy to have a Skype/Zoom call to get to know you.
