      Hello, have a newly renovated basement suite. Large bedroom, with double bed. Large living room/ kitchen all furnished. The laundry is off the bathroom and is shared with the tenant upstairs. It is a few blocks from downtown on 2nd av/12street. There is a longterm senior tenant upstairs, so we do ask for no parties Strictly. The rent is $750, all Included ( heat /utilities).
