I’m looking for a couple (maybe consider 2 friends sharing) to share the condo I have rented for the winter. I’m wanting people who are tidy, non-smokers (well, smokers as long as you smoke outside!) and aren’t going to bring lots of people over!
Here’s some details of the place:
It is located at Castle Mountain Condo’s, just passed the swimming pool.
Includes:
– All utilities, cable tv, phone (local calls), 2 parking spots
– Fully furnished
– 1 furnished bedroom with Queen bed (my room)
– 1 furnished bedroom with single bed and pull out bed (the room for rent….guess I would swap the beds if you are a couple!)
– Living room has a couch/sofa bed (double), TV, recliner
– Fully equipped kitchen and dining room
– Washer/dryer, basic exercise room, sauna in the building
– Furnished bathroom with bath/shower
– Deck with BBQ
– Includes linen and towels etc…and all pots and pans, dishes, all you need!
– Newly renovated, fresh paint and carpet. Very clean and most of the appliances are new.
– I’ll have high-speed internte but not sure the cost (it’s not much though!)
It’s a nice place…..if you are interested I have photos. Rent (Dec 1st – April) is $300pp/month plus $150 damage deposit.
