LOOKING for 3 bedroom LONG TERM RENTAL

Our Family of 4 (2 working adults and 2 young school aged kids) is looking for a long term(one year min) lease beginning July or August 2011.
We are a responsible, creative family that would like to find a 3 bedrom house or condo within walking/ bike-riding distance to school (Isabella Dicken) and our downtown jobs. Our small and friendly dog named Banjo also wishes to remain a member of the family, and we are happy to provide great references for him and the rest of us too!
