Looking for 2 friendly housemates for winter season

We are an English couple aged 23 and a single English guy aged 24 looking for 2 more friendly people to move into a house with. Were all cool, chilled out people who are here to have a wicked season.
The house is huge!
It’s a beautifully furnished family house with 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms,
4 bedrooms (a room for the couple, and 3 rooms with double beds),
Big grill ouside in the massive yard,
games area with a table tennis table,
nice kitchen with open plan living area
It’s located three mins walk from the Aquatic centre in Fernie, 5mins from shops.
We’re only interested in people who can commit to staying for the whole season. Rent is $450 per month for a single room + utilites.
