      Room available January 1st. The house is located one block from the Central Bar on 2nd Ave down town. The room comes fully furnished with linens and bedding. The house is also stalked with all the amenities. Rent is 650.00 per month that includes all utilities, cable television, wireless internet and laundry facilities.
