      Huge room on 4th ave for rent in an awesome 3 bedroom place. Doubles $650 and singles $450 per month + utilities. Semi-furnished place just need bedding and linen. New bathroom, wooden flooring and interior paint job. Sharing with a guy and girl from NZ. Room available from Friday 20th October. 2 bikes come with the flat!
