      Hi Skimom:

      We’re wondering what the square footage of your home is. Also, any furniture come with it? What are the strata fees & taxes?

      The sq footage is about 1200 sq ft. Our strata fees are $160/mth. This includes yard maintance and snow removal. We also own the back alley and the starta fees include snow removal and insurance on this. The taxes are $1700/yr. We are in Fernie this week if you want to see it!
