Great room in furnished house, lots of space inside and out

Room to rent for the summer onwards. House is on an acreage on the main road between town and ski hill, and is fully furnished.

Chilled flatties (me and my girlfriend). House is large modern (only 7 years old). You would have your own bathroom, and loads of space.

Theres a creek at the back of the property and lots of trees around. Rent would be around $350 per month inclusive of all bills.

Its available from April onwards, but we wouldn’t be there until May some time as we are in NZ at the moment. If you moved in before we get there then we would sort something out for the bills etc in the interim.
