We’re looking someone to become part of our happy three bedroom home with three other people – a great couple (engineer and teacher – one from Saskatchewan so you know they are fun) and a MAST student.
What we have is a room for rent in a great home in the Airport (Mountain view). We’re pretty flexible on when it is available either April 1st, 15th or May 1st (another room will be available June 1st).
The house was just remodelled with a big open kitchen /dining /living room area. There is a south facing 300 square foot upper deck with a view of the ski hill and Mt Fernie that is glorious for summer lounging – a great place for barbecues in the summer. We have a single car garage with lots of storage space. Our house is a 15 minute walk from downtown, a 30 second bike to some great trails, and a 2 minute walk from James White Park with its tennis and disc golf course. We have free laundry and internet in the house. The yard and garden is huge with plenty of space available for anyone who has a green thumb.
We would really like to find folks who are interested in renting for the long-term but are flexible if you fit into our home. If you are tidy, responsible, respectful, quiet, fun, interesting, active and lovin life then you’d fit right in. This is more of a dinner parties/potlucks/drinks type of home Рwe aren’t into huge parties (completely fine with people partying at the bar but not bringing it home).
