      Hello I have some questions about the unit. Which floor is it on and which way does the balcony face (front/back)? Also I was wondering does it have a flat screen TV in the living room (and also is there a second TV in the bedroom)?

      I will be travelling to Fernie this Thursday and am booking some viewings of rental units through an agent. If I could also meet to see your unit sometime Thursday, that would be great. You can text me at 250-427-6573.
