Hi everyone

We have just signed a lease on a place in 6th Ave, downtown Fernie. Fantastic location – very hard to get anywhere this good in winter! So we’re excited !! We are an easy going couple in mid twenties with a few rooms to rent from the 2nd week in Oct through till April. Here are the options available:

1. Suitable for a Couple fully furnished room with double bed, heat and hydro inc, $800mo
2. Single fully furnished room with single bed, heat and hydro inc, $600mo
3. Single fully furnished room with single bed, heat and hydro inc, for 7 weeks only from 2nd week in Oct through until 3rd week in Nov – good for those who need short term accomodation. $1000.

I know this sounds expensive, but this is a nicer place and right downtown. We looked at others that were dodgy so decided to go the nicer option for winter!
