The bathroom is a ¾ bath (shower, no tub) and the bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Rooms are bright with large windows. The entrance is semi-private through the common garage and basement entrance. Ski storage is possible in secure garage. Parking is on-street parking. The space is ideal for a couple or for a single person.
Rent is $725/mo and includes heat, water and power. Security deposit and last month’s rent to be provided at time of renting. Laundry is not available.
