Free Time

I’m pretty new to town and loving it. I’m waiting on my work visa and have a few weeks of free time. I’d like to help out in the community or get a bit of unpaid work experience to keep busy over the next few weeks. Can anyone suggest an organization / business that would like or use a spare of hands ?
