Fernie has fine Mexician food!

A new Mexican food restaurant, Las Tres Hermanas, opened in Fernie¬??s Northern Hotel last night. The magic behind the restaurant is the fine culinary skills of Robert Kenig, a Red Seal chef. He is serving very nice authentic and healthy Mexican dishes. The ambiance is nice and the margaritas are outstanding.

I just read the article – sounds like a nice addition to downtown! I look forward to giving it a try when I’m in town next time…will be there around the end of August/beginning of September.

The other place inside of Edge of the World also served up some pretty decent Mexican food, if I remember correctly. Then again, anything is good after a powder day!

I gotta ask though, where will we be able to go now to watch bar brawls between the rough local miners and the tourists?
