Executive Assistant – Fernie Alpine Resort

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is looking to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Fernie Alpine Resort. This position requires the ideal candidate to be an excellent task manager with strong excel and word program skills. Experience working in a confidential environment is a must. Some of the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager
• Prepare excel spreadsheet reports and word documents
• Prepare wide range of written correspondence
• Various organizational duties as required
Qualification:
• Demonstrated experience and success in similar position
• High proficiency in use of MS Excel and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating accuracy and confidentiality
• Demonstrated success in a multi-tasking, deadline-orientated environment
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated capacity to work with significant independence
