      Fantastic room downtown has become available! Looking for a down-to-earth single, non-smoking person. Sorry no pets.

      – Available from 23rd of Feb until the end of April
      – Rent is $600/mo which includes:
      * Hydro
      * Cable
      * Internet
      * All furnishings (double bed)
      * Linen
      Great location!! Shuttle to the hill stops out the front of our house, supermarket and hitching point only a few blocks away.

      Have dropped the room price down to $500, that’s $100 less! willing to negotiate.. call Christie 278-0548 and Zane 278-0650. Looking for someone for March & April
