      Hi there,
      Myself and three, possibly four others are coming to Fernie from late November to late Feburary. We meet Mark, who I believe you know, up at Treble Cone (NZ) and he referred us to you and told us that your house would be what we were after. Could you please give us some information such as $/month and utilities etc?

      How much will monthly rental be? If anyone rents this place out and has a spare room they need to fill, let us know. We’ll be in fernie from late november till the ski season finishes.
