  We are looking for a responsible, respectful, non smoking, quiet person or couple with no pets to rent our bright one bedroom suite. It is located in a solid bi-level house and has large windows, neutral colors and has some furnishings. The DT location is fantastic, walking distance to all amenities in Fernie. Rent is $650 a month with 1/2 months damage. Please call 403 968-2563 for info.

  My name is Roger and I am moving to Fernie to attend The College of the Rockies for the January – June Semester. I am looking for housing for myself and my girlfriend. We are both mature individuals and looking for a quiet place where I can focus on my studies. I would be interested in viewing some photo’s of your rental and know what the address is so that I can associate the proximity to the school. I can commit from January to June and we can discuss longer term rental when school comes to a close and I have a better idea about work placement.
