Best areas of town

My wife and I are planning on moving south to Fernie. What is the best area of town to live in for a married couple with no kids or pets. We need a garage for the toys and a newer house would be preferred. We enjoy quietness.

One great lifestyle feature of Fernie is the option to walk to all your services including restaurants and pubs. Recreation is everywhere in Fernie however the vehicle-less lifestyle only applies to the downtown. 901 fernie or the Golf & Country Club are nice options.

If this is not important then perhaps look at Alpine Trails or Cokato Road for quietness.
