      Fully furnished basement suite available September for non-smoker. Sorry no pets either. Suite has full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom. Laundry is shared. All utilities included except telephone (heat, electricity, wireless internet, tv). Rent for a single is $550 and $750 for a couple.
