      Fully furnished basement suite available immediately for non-smoker. Sorry no pets either. Suite has full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom. Laundry is shared. All utilities included except telephone (heat, electricity, wireless internet, tv). Rent for a single is $550 and $750 for a couple.

      Hey. I am a long time Fernie resident and my lease runs out the end of October. I was wondering if there is any chance I could look at your basement suite and if I want to move in, if I could give you the damage deposit to reserve it for then???
