      We have a fully furnished bachelor suite for rent starting mid April. Suite is below a young family so no parties and chill disposition is required. No pets (fit the right tenant though we may consider a small non shedding well behaved pup) no smoking. Sunny East facing living room / bedroom with gas stove. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, toaster oven and induction stove top, but no oven.

      Has own laundry and entrance and storage for small toys like bikes and skis.

      Rent depends on lease term and whether single or couple, but starts at $1000.
