      I am looking for a room for me and room for my easel. Ideally in the same house, wood floors, good light, windows.
      Me: just me, no pets. Clean, organized. Working p/t and skiing all winter. My budget is $600/month including utilities.
      Great references: I have been in the same place since last fall.
