My husband and I along with our 1 year old son are looking for an affordable place to rent in fernie or sparwood area!

We have no pets, no parties and we dont smoke in doors.
We prefer unfurnished but may concider a furnished if the price and place is right.
Our price range is up to $1,100/ month utilities included or not.
We are very responsible and very clean!
