      5 Bedrooms (sleeps 6-7 -> will neg on price if less than 6 people)
      2 Bathrooms
      Large Lounge with cable tv, dvd player
      Large dining room
      Basement with pool table, foosball, glide hockey, cable tv, ps2
      Hot tub on deck with BBQ
      Kitchen/Laundry – all appliances & utensils
      Negotiable on pets
      Not negotiable on smoking inside!

      Including utilities but excl telephone

      On 6th Ave, Fernie

      Available May – November 2005

      Sorry Colin – we work during summer and spend winter (Nov – Apr) living in Fernie. But if we change our minds for next winter, I’ll give you a shout.
